Callie Richards is a plus size fashion and travel content creator, and entrepreneur dedicated to inspiring plus size women to explore the world. Since 2022, she has hosted six international group trips to breathtaking destinations like Greece, Italy, Bali, Mexico, and Ireland. These trips provide a welcoming space for plus-size women to travel with confidence, camaraderie, and the freedom to fully enjoy every experience. Born and raised in Southern California, Callie transitioned from nearly a decade in luxury retail—working with brands like Chanel and Louis Vuitton—to full-time content creation in 2017. Her online community, built under the handle @hotpinkandglitter, grew from her desire to share relatable fashion and travel inspiration for people often left out of mainstream media. In 2024, she expanded her mission by opening Ari + Ava, a Nashville-based boutique offering stylish options up to size 5XL. Whether curating fashion or coordinating unforgettable trips, Callie’s focus remains on inclusivity and empowering women to feel their best.
